His career trajectory spans continents, including India, the UK, Dubai, and Qatar, showcasing expertise in operations, technology, risk management, and digital transformation. Naru's career stands as a testament to his strategic foresight, operational prowess, and unwavering dedication to pushing the boundaries of traditional banking.

Previously, at Barclays Bank, Naru served as Managing Director & Regional Head for EMEA Operations, demonstrating adeptness in managing complex banking operations across multiple countries. His tenure at Dukhan Bank, Qatar, saw him lead the first-ever banking merger in the country and drive a pioneering digital transformation journey, highlighting his leadership and commitment to innovation in banking. Before that, Naru had a successful 20 year innings in Standard Chartered Bank across  India & Uk in senior roles across various functions.

Naru Srinivasan completed his MBA from Mumbai University, supplemented by executive education from esteemed institutions like Kellogg School of Management, INSEAD, Oxford, and London Business School.
