Rehab Lootah brings over 20 years of experience in the UAE’s finance and government sector to National Bonds Corporation. As the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer, Lootah leads innovative investment programs and products, while also working to uplift the UAE community through providing financial literacy and entrepreneurial support.

Lootah was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Mawarid Consultancy. Before this, she was Senior Vice President of SME & Retail Business for Mawarid Finance where she pioneered several development programs for SMEs. She has also served as a board member at Mawarid Technology and the Dubai Quality Group.
