Mr. Huraiz Almur Bin Huraiz has over 20 years of experience in forming, developing and empowering strategic and operational teams in multiple leadership roles. His roles have allowed him to offer direction and excellence in different capacities in the UAE.

Mr. Huraiz was appointed as Director Commercial at Dubai Airports in 1999, a role in which he was in charge of all non-aeronautical revenue among much else until 2009. Then he took on the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Abu Dhabi Airports Company until 2011. Subsequently he was CEO Planning & Social Development Sector at the Community Development Authority (CDA) in Dubai from 2014 until 2016. His latest role was CEO Social Care & Development Sector at the CDA, in which he was responsible for setting strategic objectives for the sectors aligned with the Dubai Strategic Plan 2021 and with the Emirates Strategy 2071. Mr Huraiz has a list of board appointments as well which include but are not limited to the Dubai Cares board, Dubai Rent Board and the Dubai Club for People of Determination board.

Mr Huraiz obtained a BA from the Unites States International University and a MA from Point-Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California, USA. He enjoys cycling, reading and water sports.
